Socioeconomic motivation of employees in enterprises in modern conditions

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the article is to study the dynamics of employees social and economic motivation in the context of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. Methodology of research. The achievement of the put aim is based on the scientific methods of research : dialectical and system analysis, classifications and to the typology, process and strategic going near the investigated objects and processes, on taking into account of tendencies and conformities to law of development of modern economy, fundamental scientific researches of home and foreign scientists-economists. Findings. The article reveals the essence of socio-economic motivation and its dynamics during the 20 years: 1996, 2006, 2016 on the basis of an individual expert assessment. Practical value. Calculated indicators indicate a decrease in the coefficient of motivation, which in general adversely affects the individual and collective results of enterprises in the current conditions.
