SOME ASPECTS OF IMMUNITY REGULATION PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the regulatory settlement of domestic legislation immunity of the President of Ukraine. Studied some legal criteria applying impeachment of the President. The emphasis on the specifics of legislative regulation of the activities of the special temporary commission to investigate the president commit treason or other crime. Considered normative features of criminal proceedings concerning criminal offenses committed by the former president.
