SOME ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES OF ENERGY SAVING AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Introduction. Today, the problem of using fuel and energy resources (FER) requires the introduction of elements of state policy into the sphere of management of energy saving and energy efficiency through the application of various sources of energy in enterprises and the establishment of new views of society on their economies. Methods. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. Common scientific and special research methods are used, namely: abstract and logical, deductive and generalization. Results. It has been established that the problem of energy saving and energy efficiency of the use of FER has political and social features for today. It requires the implementation of state policy in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency, the use of FER and the adoption of new views on energy use by society. It is shown that the use of innovative technologies, both domestic and international are the main directions for energy efficiency improvement, that need to be carried out on the basis of economic, technical, environmental and organizational factors. It has been established that increasing energy saving and energy efficiency of enterprises is possible through the application of structural, technological, technical, managerial, financial and economic measures, as well as the introduction of innovations aimed at the development, creation of new energy-efficient technologies and new organizational forms of production and management methods, in particular, using Benchmarking. This will ensure the competitiveness of the enterprises' products both on the domestic and foreign markets. The components of the management process for increasing energy conservation and energy efficiency of the industrial activity of enterprises are identified on the basis of the analysis. Discussion. The obtained results of the study allowed to outline the components of the management process for increasing energy conservation and energy efficiency of industrial activities of enterprises that can be used by the subjects of the industrial sphere.
