Some aspects of the crime subject for the non-economic use of lands

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of determining the subject of landless utilization. It examines the scientific approaches to the definition of the subject of the crime, as well as the criminal and legal significance of the subject of the crime. The essence of the earth as an ecological, social and economic category is analyzed in detail. It has been determined that the land cover of agricultural land should be considered as the subject of criminal non-economic land use. This is due to the fact that as a result of anthropogenic activity suffers precisely the superficial fertile soil layer.
