SOME ISSUES OF COLLISION REGULATION OF MARITAL-CONJUGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article analyses marital and conjugal relations influenced by internal and external factors; foundations for recognizing marriage validity due to some states legislation are considered; the main connecting factors for regulating marital and conjugal relations are defined.
