SOME PROBLEMS OF ESTIMATION, ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS OF IINTELLECTUAL WORK AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE: DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ASPECT

Abstract
The article analyzes the factors ensuring the increase of production efficiency. Various approaches to the processes and conditions on which the analysis of indicators characterizing the state of the current economic activity of an enterprise should be based are considered. Some mechanisms are suggested, the use of which will contribute to the increase of the efficiency of economic activity. Considerable attention is paid to the socio-economic characteristics of the intellectual potential of labor resources, methods for their evaluation, accounting and analysis of efficiency. Variants of application in Ukraine of the experience of foreign countries in using intellectual potential of labor resources are offered.
