SOME PROBLEMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF MODERN

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of intellectual property in Ukraine. The author focuses on public administration and public assistance in the protection of intellectual property, requires the introduction of new organizational and legal measures in this direction. To implement them, it is necessary to combine the efforts of various bodies of state power, non-governmental institutions and public organizations, to identify further ways of developing a national system of legal protection of intellectual property in Ukraine.
