SOME PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATIVE AND NORMATIVE LEGAL SUPPLY OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DETECTIVES OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem issues of the legislative regulation of the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the procedural powers of the detective’s unit, which has the functions of preventing, detecting, terminating, investigating and disclosing corruption offenses, as well as preventing the commission of new ones. The author analyzes the gaps in legal regulation, draws a special attention to the inconsistency between the provisions of normative legal acts, and also suggests ways to eliminate them.
