Some problems preventing corruption in the public and private sphere

Abstract
The article examines the problematic issues of investigating the problem of corruption in the private sphere, as well as the relationship between corruption in the public and private spheres. The tasks of criminological prevention of corruption at the present stage of development of the state are established.
