SOME THOUGHTS ON THE AMENDED ARTICLE 25¹ OF LABOR CODE

Abstract
The article presents analysis and an assessment of the new legal regulation in rules art. 25¹ of Labour Code set by the act from 25.6.2015 on change of the act – Labor Code and certain other acts which came into force on 22.2.2016. Attention has been paid to change which involves The attempt to constrain process of abusing fixed term employment contracts, with special emphasis on this to have identified potential problems associated with the interpretation of the new rules. Furthermore the author focuses on European law legal acts, because they are the basis for the assessment of new protection against malpractice employment of fixed-term.That allows to reveal the negative aspects of the amended provisions of the Labour Code, as well as deficiencies.<br/><br/>
