Abstract
Tarihi süreç içerisinde çoğunlukla pasifist ve edilgen bir tutum takınan geniş Şii kitlelerin, siyasette görünür bir şekilde söz sahibi olması ve modern dönemde kudretli bir siyasi aktör olarak sivrilmesi, büyük oranda Ayetullah Humeyni’nin yeniden formüle ettiği velayet-i fakih doktrini temelinde şekillendi. Bu geniş çerçeve içerisinde, gerek İran Devrimi’ni gerek Şii kimliğinin siyasallaşmasını ve gerekse İran’dan başlayıp bölgede geniş bir nüfuz alanı bulan ‘devrimci Şiiliğin’ arkaplanını daha iyi anlayabilmek açısından, 20.yüzyılın tartışmasız en önemli fikir ve aksiyon adamları arasında yer alan Ayetullah Humeyni’nin eleştirel ve analitik bir bakış açısıyla yeniden ele alınıp incelenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Baqer Moin’in Son Devrimci – Ayetullah Humeyni başlıklı kitabı bu açıdan önemli bir referans kaynağı olarak göze çarpmaktadır.
