Abstract
Изложены классические представления о составе, поверхностных и реологических свойствах битума, особенностях его старения. Представлены аргументы в пользу рассмотрения структуры дорожных битумов как растворов асфальтенов и близких к ним по строению и молекулярной массе смол в среде масел и низкомолекулярных смол. Проанализированы структурные переходы, обусловленные изменением температуры битумов.
