СОСТАВНЫЕ ПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЯ КАК ОБЪЕКТЫ АВТОРСКОГО ПРАВА УКРАИНЫ

Abstract
В статье рассматриваются такие объекты авторского права как составные произведения. Выделяются их основные признаки и критерии правовой охраны. Уделено внимание вопросу о соотношении составных произведений с базами данных, а также с производными произведениями. Предложено авторское определение составных произведений. Ключевые слова: авторское право, объекты авторского права, составные произведения, производные произведения, базы данных, составители.
