СОСТОЯНИЕ ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННОЙ КОГНИТИВНОЙ ДИСФУНКЦИИ

Abstract
Recently, there has been a great interest in the question of the disruption of the function of the higher nervous function. Literature describes the data obtained during the experiments on animals, which indicate the violation of certain mechanisms of the activity of the functions of the brain. Already in the clinical setting, it was found that with general anesthesia, the findings indicate, in particular, changes in perfusion of the brain, intracranial hypertension and other disorders with the use of certain drugs. Literally it was established that the degree and severity of pathological changes from the central nervous system depends on the type of anesthesia, the state of the patient's somatic and neurological status at the preoperative period, the patient's age and other factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent and structure of the effect of general anesthesia on the state of cognitive function in patients of different age groups in patients with acute surgical pathology. The results of changes in the degree and structure of cognitive function in surgical patients after surgical intervention in conditions of general anesthesia indicate that this function worsens with incomplete recovery up to 30 days.
