When comparing, it was checked whether the topics of the core curriculum specified by the structured training method covered the course content in our curriculum. Results: Comparisons of subjects from the curriculum to clinical subjects were not fully met in our curricula of outcomes such as drug, toxic substance, alcohol and substance dependence and infertility. Our specialist students can also be involved in courses, symposia, and other academic activities that involve these topics. Conclusion: The core curriculum is important in determining the way in which training institutions offering clinical biochemistry specialization training will pursue their specialization training. Educational institutions' Medical Biochemistry Specialization Training is essential in terms of standardization of specialized training in updating the curriculum in accordance with the core curriculum.
