Abstract
W opracowaniu podjęto próbę teoretycznego ujęcia spółdzielczego systemu zarządzania, jego zróżnicowanie, a także jego cechy. Zidentyfikowano wynikające z prawa spółdzielczego oraz badań empirycznych formy zarządzania w spółdzielniach. Scharakteryzowano funkcjonujący powszechnie kolegialny system zarządzania charakteryzujący się przywiązaniem do tradycji. Badania empiryczne wskazały na wzrost zapotrzebowania na przedsiębiorcze postawy kadr kierowniczych.
