Spermatocytic tumour with intraductal growth pattern.
Journal Title: World Journal of Medical Images, Videos and Cases - Year 2016, Vol 2, Issue
Abstract
A case of spermatocytic tumour in a 41-year old male is presented. The tumour presented with usual cytological features, and an intraductal growth pattern. We emphasize the need for careful differential diagnosis and overlapping clinical and histological features between spermatocytic tumour and seminoma. The distinction is of importance, as spermatocytic tumour does not show significant malignant potential.
