Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of a questionnaire on the ideas which modern young Poles have about common and distinct traits in the communicational behaviour of Ukrainians and Poles. Studying the opinions of those surveyed, the author discovered qualitative and quantitative parameters of expression in the communicational behaviour regarding such traits as restraint and conservatism, tolerance and loquacity, sincerity and law-obedience, communicational optimism and the ability to keep promises; the typical portrait of a Ukrainian or a Pole as well as their typical communicational behaviour are presented.
