Spiritual context of innovation culture

Abstract
Issues of culture as a human being and objectified essence of personality were reviewed. The author analyzes functions of culture that are closely related. In the article creativity and innovative culture are characterized by criteria, which is impossible without elements of creativity and innovation and is combined with certain knowledge, skills and abilities. An important place in the field of innovative culture belongs to the spiritual component, namely, spiritual culture that is an agile and active substance human, heritage. An important part of studying culture of innovation is creativity, which is a complex process and an independent formation in intellectual sphere of the individual and value-personal category. The development of personality and its uniqueness as individuality may be due to the innovative culture that allows to generate creative individuality.
