СПОСОБИ ВІЗУАЛІЗАЦІЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ ПІД ЧАС ВИКЛАДАННЯ ФАХОВОЇ ДИСЦИПЛІНИ «ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ ГОТЕЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА»

Abstract
In the article the author focuses mainly on the use of mind map, on-line presentations, „cloud words”, interactive book, workbook while studying discipline “Hotel management” and gives examples of their use. According to the author, the visualization of educational information helps to solve the tasks to ensure the intensification of education; activating of learning and cognitive activity; formation of a worldview and critical thinking; formation of figurative perception and conceptualization of knowledge and learning activities in minds of students; gives a more complete description of the educational concepts and relations between them, helps to deepen the processing of knowledge, promotes and improves the ability to apply this knowledge in new situations, allows to link concepts from different areas of the subject.
