Spying Actions of Germany at Constanta and Tulcea in 1915

Abstract

From the documents presented above, clearly results the hostile actions coming from the members of diplomatic team of Germany at Bucharest against Romanian State as time as between 1915 and 1916, the Central Powers were convinced by the imminent entering of Romania in the Great War.
