Stages of lawyer investigation

Abstract
Systemic elements of lawyer investigation are temporal stages its conducting and volume of forthcoming work done, which is determined at conclusion of an agreement to a client independent on nature of instruction. Current stage of criminal proceedings also plays a substantial role but only in the case if criminal process has been already begun.
