STAGES OF THE UKRAINIAN BANKING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STATE SHARE IN THE BANKS’ CAPITAL

Abstract
The article offers the analysis of the Ukrainian banking system transformation process (1987 – 2017). The specific features typical of each stage and corresponding banking strategies are singled out. The generalized scheme which illustrates the dynamics of the state participation in the Ukrainian banks’ capital is presented.
