STAGFLATION IN UKRAINE, AS SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PHENOMENON

Abstract
The theoretical problems of the formation of market relations, dependent on social and economic factors, are investigated. And also, the problems of the formation of the personality of the individual, and the dependence of the formation of the collective consciousness on the formed social norms and interests. State and social Institutes are considered as levers of regulation of self-consciousness and influence on economic activity. Attention is drawn to the imperfection of economic theories that can not explain some situations in history, thereby giving an occasion to consider these situations in combination with other sciences.
