Abstract
The article discusses the essence and purpose of processes standardization in the context of the implementation of integrated IT systems. The process of didactic planning at the public university was used as a reference example. The result of implementing a standardized solution (adoption of a standardized process) was a better understanding of user needs, a clear definition of responsibilities and duties, and a higher implementation efficiency than without standardization.
