Stanisław Staszic (1755–1826) – postać ciągle żywa w naszej historii

Abstract
The article presents Stanislaw Staszic selected scientific achievements. The main question sounds: is his point of view still actual? The main problem which the author discussed here was presented in connection with Staszic’s life. That is why, the Staszic biography is the background for analysis. An author remembered that Staszic was considered various ways of life, so she tried to show it. She seeks for the main question answer. In this article she drew a conclusion that Staszic’s opinions are current today. Because of changeable geopolitical situation, she tried to underline it in conclusion. In view of the above we cannot use all of Staszic’s views in their original version. But someone can prepare new concept for present-day world based on Staszic’s scientific achievement.
