STATE BANK OF DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE: FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT PRIORITIES

Abstract
This article deals with pragmatic aspects of State Bank of Development activities in Ukraine. The emphasis is made on research of priority mechanisms of financial provision of its activity and features of investment policy. It is established that at present stage, significant deformations are inherent for state's investment policy. Accordingly, in the process of establishing and functioing of State Bank of Development in Ukraine, the negative impact of these problems can be significantly reduced. Number of recommendations have been developed that should be taken into account in the financial and investment policies of State Bank of Development in Ukraine.
