State management of economic activity as an object and subject of administrative and legal regulation

Abstract
The article is devoted to a definition of object and subject of administrative and legal regulation of state management of economic activity. It is established that object is state management of economic activity, subject – public relations that regulated by administrative law during state management of economic activity. It is emphasized that understanding of state management of economic activity as an object of administrative and legal regulation depends on the definition of the essence of the adjective “state”.
