Abstract
The article analyzes the content and compares the characteristics of the concepts of «state migration policy», «public administration» and «public administration» in the field of migration. The peculiarities of the status of the State Migration Service of Ukraine as a subject of the state migration policy, public administration and public administration in the field of migration are highlighted.
