State of scientific research of problems of prosecutorial supervision over the observance of legality in the carrying out of operatively-search activity of the National Police authorities in Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines the state of scientific development problems of supervision of the observance of legality during operational activities by the National Police of Ukraine in three areas: 1) The thesis is devoted to problems of Public Prosecutions during operational activities; 2) The thesis is devoted to problems of supervision of the covert investigation (search) action in the criminal proceedings; 3) study stated in manuals, guidelines and research articles that have been conducting on this subject. It is concluded that the problem of complex scientific developments regarding supervision of the observance of laws during operational activities by the National Police of Ukraine neglected. It notes the need for further scientific development of the subject.
