STATE OF THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT BY SUPPLY ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article examines the state of the system of strategic management sales activities of the enterprise. It is determined that the company uses the corporate strategy of stabilization, marketing – leadership on the basis of cost reduction and sales – aggressive sales. The main responsibility for the sale of agricultural products is assigned to the deputy director of the economic unit, the head of planning and economic department and chief accountant. The features of marketing management are investigated. The advantages of carrying out trading activity of the enterprise are noted.
