State participation in the capital of banks as a anti-crisis management form

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the fundamental components of state involvement into the banks capital, as an anti-crisis management structure and support for commercial banks system during the difficulties arising from their financial activities. This article presents examples of historical events which involves the state as an anti-crisis management form in banks capital, the results of research by exceptional scientists and the state participation category in the capital of banks.
