State policy of innovation of development of the health sector in modern conditions

Abstract
The article is devoted to innovative changes in the health care industry and their opportunities in modern conditions. The points of view of scientists on innovative transformations in the industry. Mention the reasons for which the countryʼs industry does not meet todayʼs requirements in relation to such transformations. Found that despite the existing institutional framework, at this stage of development the efficiency of the innovation system is low. Proved the feasibility of innovations economic methods, methods of planning and management.
