STATE REGULATION OF NATIONAL INNOVATIVE SYSTEM OF UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article generalizes the definition of the national innovation system. The analysis of the state of the innovation sphere of the economy is conducted. The principles of state innovation policy and the source of its financing are determined. The main problems of the development of the Ukrainian innovation system, the recommendations for effective state regulation and the formation of a high-tech national innovation system are presented.
