State regulation of the processes of the participation of youth in mass sport and the role of social institutions in the popularization of the healthy way of life

Abstract
The phenomenon of mass sports as a manifestation of active participation of youth in social and civil transformations of society is researched. The necessity of formation of a young person with the help of mass sports for harmoniously development person of Ukrainian society is found out. The development of the process of physical education in educational institutions as a result of changes in social attitudes in youth is analyzed. The theoretical and methodological principles of education of modern youth based on the values of a healthy lifestyle are substantiated. The basic principles of state regulation of development of sphere of mass sport among Ukrainian youth are offered.
