STATUS AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BUILDING INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the state of the construction industry in dynamics. It is proved that the development of construction depends on external conditions (conditions of functioning of the political and economic systems that have developed in the country, the existing legal framework, the development of property relations, the formation of the sectoral market, etc. ) and internal conditions (organization and technology of construction production). The state of the building industry is an indicator of the macroeconomic climate in the country, because the construction sector reacts actively to the negative and positive changes in the economic situation. The paper analyzes the modern development of the construction industry in the context of studying the problems facing builders and require their solution.
