Status and trends of the dairy industry development in Ukraine

Abstract
The article researches a current status, problems of the development of the dairy market in real conditions of the economy. The dynamics of milk production volumes according to the categories of enterprises, purchasing prices of raw materials are analyzed. The changes in the structure and volumes of production, prices of the main types of dairy products are revealed. The structure and directions of export and import of dairy products are considered. The main tendencies of demand and prospects of further development of the dairy market in Ukraine are outlined.
