STEM-ОСВІТА ВЧИТЕЛІВ У КРАЇНАХ СХОДУ ТА АВСТРАЛІЇ

Abstract
Існує ряд східних держав, у яких спостерігається значне зростання економіки та закріплення позицій світових лідерів у галузі технологій. Згідно з результатами міжнародного оцінювання учнів PISA, ці країни також посідають чільне місце в рейтингу оцінювання систем освіти. Тому системи освіти таких держав представляють інтерес для досліджень. Критичне вивчення існуючих рішень щодо впровадження і популяризації STEM-освіти може бути корисним для формування власної системи STEM-освіти. Також це дасть можливість визначити різні варіанти підвищення конкурентоспроможності нашої держави. У статті зроблено огляд існуючих досліджень в освітній галузі Китаю, Японії, Тайвані, Сінгапуру та Австралії. Також зроблено огляд існуючої нормативної бази та системи освіти вчителя в цих країнах. Хоча кожна країна по-своєму визначає набір STEMпредметів та їх поєднання, переважно за основу беруть математику, науку (фізику, біологію, хімію) та ІКТ (цифрові технології). Зроблено акцент на систему освіти вчителів (дипломної та післядипломної) з математично-природничих дисциплін. Також наведено приклади ініціатив недержавних установ, які беруть участь у підвищенні кваліфікації вчителів і навчання впродовж життя.
