Abstract
Opóźniona funkcja nerki przeszczepionej (DGF) jest częstym powikłaniem po transplantacji nerki. Jest związana z uszkodzeniem niedokrwienno-reperfuzyjnym (IRI). Do patogenezy uszkodzenia niedokrwienno-reperfuzyjnego związanego z opóźnioną funkcją przeszczepu przyczyniają się limfocyty.<br/><br/>
