STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI GURU SMA ISLAM TERPADU DALAM MENGHASILKAN SISWA YANG UNGGUL

Abstract
The study aims to explain how the concept of integrated Islamic and the strategy of the teacher in SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta produce the superior students. It refers to the development of SMA IT which always puts ethics, religion and the quality of the students. However, the main key to produce the superior students is the role of professional teacher who encourages the strong characteristic of students. The method of this research is qualitative and takes place in SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Furthermore, the samples of this research consist of twenty teachers. The result is that (1) SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta combine three elements such as the cooperation among the shool, societies, and family; the structured and programmed curriculum from kindergarten to university; tsaqafah Islam and science oriented. These are done to produce a superior student who masters science and technology and also has a good characteristic. (2) The communication strategy of the teachers in SMA IT Abu Bakar and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta is effective. It can be seen from the fulfillment of communication elements on communication strategy which is used by the teacher to produce a superior student.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan Islam terpadu dan juga strategi komunikasi guru di SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul. Hal ini mengacu pada latar belakang mengenai perkembangan SMA IT yang mengedepankan pendidikan etika, agama dan juga kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan. Dimana dari ke semua hal tersebut, yang menjadi kunci sukses sebuah lembaga pendidikan khususnya SMA IT dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul adalah adanya peran pengajar (guru) yang profesional dalam pengembangan karakter anak didik dan pendidikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan mengambil lokasi penelitian di SMA IT Abu Bakar dan SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Sample di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua puluh orang yang merupakan guru dari masingmasing sekolah tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Implementasi pendidikan Islam terpadu di SMA IT Abu Bakar dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta memadukan tiga unsur penting yaitu sinergi antara sekolah, masyarakat dan keluarga; kurikulum yang terstruktur dan terprogram mulai tingkat taman kanak-kanak (TK) hingga perguruan tinggi; berorientasi pada pembentukan tsaqafah Islam dan penguasaan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. Ketiga unsur tersebut dilakukan untuk menghasilkan siswa yang unggul, yangdalam perspektif konsep pendidikan Islam terpadu siswa yang unggul adalah siswa yang menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan baik dan juga memiliki akhlak yang mulia. (2) Implementasi strategi komunikasi para guru di SMA IT Abu Bakar dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta berlangsung dengan cukup efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pemenuhan elemen-elemen komunikasi pada strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam menghasilkan siswa yang unggul.
