Strategic management on the enterprises of small and medium business

Abstract

The main approaches to the definition of the concepts «strategic management», «strategic changes», «management of strategic changes» are considered. Theoretical bases of strategic management of changes at the enterprises of small and medium business are opened. A study was conducted to determine the place of strategic changes in the system of strategic enterprise management. The main stages of the strategic management process are analyzed and the main approaches to the development of the algorithm for managing strategic changes at the enterprise are considered.
