STRATEGIC REFERENCE-POINTS OF IMPROVEMENT OF LOGISTIC ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES OF ENGINEER: ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract
In the modern terms of menage for going into new markets and satisfactions of demand of consumers it must to the leaders of enterprises of engineer product administrative decisions in relation to the increase of logistic activity by providing of economic and organizational directions on tactical and strategic levels. The domestic enterprises of engineer run into plenty of problems that is formed under act of external threats and by efficiency of the use of potential of internal resources of enterprise. Application of logistic on the enterprise of engineer must come true system, namely to inculcate and actively use the elements of logistic activity. Logistic activity is an effective instrument in the improvement of activity of enterprises of engineer. It is necessary to create the system of logistic activity, that in crisis terms will help to set new economic copulas, Volume, guidance of modern enterprises of engineer, that will give possibility to promote a productive rhythm, decide productive questions in economic relations. In the article priorities of logistic activity are certain on the domestic enterprises of engineer. Reasons that restrain introduction of logistic activity on the domestic enterprises of engineer are distinguished. Dependence of logistic activity of enterprises of engineer and satisfaction of demand of consumers is set in the modern changeable terms of menage. The strategic reference-points of improvement of logistic activity of enterprises of engineer offer taking into account economic and organizational directions of development, that are based on forming of strategy of differentiation, strategy of leadership, strategy of focusing and strategy of diversification and are soil for the acceptance of effective strategy of development of enterprise.
