STRATEGIES FOR MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a strategy for managing the enterprise environmental security of the enterprise. Methodology of research. The article uses methods of analysis and synthesis, grapho-analytical method of research for systematization of indicators, directions, elements of environmental safety of enterprises activity. Findings. It is substantiated that the strategy of environmental safety of an enterprise should take into account the alarming tendencies of deterioration of the environmental situation and become one of the most important national priorities, which require more attention of the authorities. The elements of the strategy of invariant safety of the enterprise are defined: the provisions concerning the formation and support of the functioning of its guarantee system, system monitoring of factors, criteria and indicators of environmental safety. The directions for ensuring the strategy of environmental safety of the enterprise are: strengthening of motivation in society; implementation of the calculation methodology of environmental effectiveness of environmental protection measures; environmental insurance; environmental risk assessment, etc. Indicators of invasive safety are: defining the goals of environmental policy; assessment of the degree of performance of target and planned environmental indicators; serve as a means of external (in the formation of environmental strategy and policy) and environmental communication, etc. Originality. It is substantiated that one of the most important approaches to achieve invariant safety of the enterprise is the development of the strategy for management of enterprise security of the security. Practical value. The received results of the research are directed on achievement of environmental safety of the enterprise and formation of the strategy of management of inviolable safety of the enterprise.
