Abstract

The es sen tial pro blems of the se di sea ses are tho se re la ted to cir cu la tion of blood, espe ci ally with ar te ri es, which can ca u se a lot of or ga nic pro blems. From the aspect of psycho logy, the re is a fa ster work of hart and re gar dless the stres sor be ing po si ti ve or ne ga ti ve. To tal con di tion is un der ifl u en ce of adre na lin and cor ti so ne, which help or ga nism in suppy of energy. The pre sent pro blem is that stress ha ve psycho-men tal ori gin, but in the past it was be li ved to be of physi cal cha rac ter, so that energy in stead of be ing used for physi cal ac ti vity, it re ma ins sto red in espe ci ally in ar te ri es, be ca u se of in suf fi ci ent con sump tion thro ugh physi cal ac ti vity, and fa i lu re to un der stand tec hni qu es of over co ming stress.
