Accordingly, the numbers of 32 people, as the samples, were evaluated. Required information from the questionnaires was collected. Face and content validity of the questionnaire, a group of university professors, was confirmed in a pilot study, using Cranach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaire0.85 was calculated. Data analyses, both descriptive and inferential, were evaluated. For data analysis, independent T-test was used. Also, the Friedman test was used to rank the variables. Research findings showed that the level of skill in using the quantum, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Science, there is no significant difference (p>0.05). Also, based on prioritization was done, it was found that the highest rates of use, the quantum of action, and the lowest utilization rate is also related to quantum is.
