STUDY AND RESEARCH ON ENERGY CONSUMPTION FOR CEREAL GRAIN STRAINS CUTTING
Journal Title: ISB-INMA TEH AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 8
Abstract
The paper presents the results of the researches on mechanical work for cutting wheat, barley, oats and triticale strains using combine harvesters' finger blade cutting units. In order to obtain these experimental data it has been used a home design laboratory stand, which allows strains cutting at three speeds, two strains positions and three knife blade sharpening angles. Experimental tests have been carried out for cutting units of the most known combine harvesters (SEMA, CLASS, FENDT, JOHN DEERE) at a technological harvesting humidity.
