Abstract
This article presents the content of a statistical research instrument (survey) which was used in a statistical survey focused on the religious phenomena and the (inter)connections generated within social and economic processes. We considered a descriptive operational fashion for each item (item) included in the survey. Due to the limited space of this article, we haven’t presented all sections of the survey.
