STUDY ON THE USE OF DEM TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF RISK AND HAZARD MAPS

Abstract
This article discusses the advantages of using different types of DEM to the achievement of risk and hazard maps. Models are used to study the real physical phenomena, to create a more precise picture of reality, especially for creating a virtual prototype that describes the structure and behavior of natural phenomena in different conditions.
