Studying Some Aspects of Management of Pregnant Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 1

Abstract
We examined 25 pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus type 1: 20 patients were on intensified one, 5 — on the traditional regimen of insulin therapy. It is found that intensified insulin therapy with self-control provided a good compensation of carbohydrate metabolism and more favorable pregnancy outcomes.
