СТВОРЕННЯ ЦІЛЬОВОЇ ПРОГРАМИ РОЗВИТКУ «ПРОФЕСІЙНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ПЕДАГОГІВ» ЯК УМОВА УПРАВЛІННЯ ОСВІТНІМ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕМ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ВЧИТЕЛІВ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of one of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment management of teacher’s professional development – to help principals in the professional development of teachers through the creation of a special target program of development «Professional development of teachers». It is determined that the target program of the development of a comprehensive educational institution is a coordinating document aimed at the implementation of professional development of teachers, takes into account organizational and pedagogical conditions and consists of interrelated activities, agreed upon by terms and executors and provided with necessary resources. The article states that the target program «Professional development of teachers» is the result of modernization of management activities through a program-targeted approach. The program provides: organizational, legislative, scientific-methodical, material and technical support of the program. It was emphasized that the target program of development «Professional development of teachers» is aimed at changes forecasting, updating the educational institution, creation and implementing a development strategy; has a distinct innovation orientation, provides a systematic process of introducing innovations; works for the development of the school, creates the image of the institution, contributes to the mission.
